What we offer

A free data-readiness check: a call and a written map of the systems and records your company holds. If you ask us to, we may introduce you to a third-party data licensing partner.

The eligibility check on this site compares your answers with minimum sizes that licensing partners publish. It is not a valuation, a quote, an offer or a promise of any payment.

Referral fees

If you sign an agreement with a licensing partner we introduced, that partner may pay us a referral fee. You pay us nothing for the readiness check. We tell you this in writing before any introduction.

No legal, privacy or tax advice

Nothing on this site or in our calls is legal, privacy, tax or financial advice. Your own counsel decides what data, if any, may be shared or licensed. Any licensing agreement is between you and the partner.

We do not handle your data

We don't buy, store, de-identify or resell company data. The readiness map records what systems and records exist, not their contents.

Limits

The site and the check are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of any third-party partner. We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
