Privacy policy
How Emergent Technologies handles the information you share with this site, in plain language. Last updated August 18, 2026.
What we collect.
If you request a briefing or join the consulting waitlist, we collect your full name, your work email, your organization, and, if you choose to provide them, your role, your primary use case, and a message. If you apply for a role, we collect what the section below describes. We never ask for payment details, and there are no visitor accounts to create. To limit abuse of the form, requests are rate-limited. We also collect standard analytics: page views, aggregate performance data, and anonymized session interactions used to improve the site.
What we do with it.
We use what you submit to do exactly what the form says: respond to your briefing request or waitlist signup, and contact you about it. Your submission is stored in our own systems and in the services that operate them on our behalf: our database is run by Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel. Your contact details are also kept in the system we use to reply to and follow up with you.
We never sell your data.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics services.
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance measurement, Microsoft Clarity for anonymized interaction analytics such as heatmaps and session recordings, and PostHog for product analytics. We use these tools to understand how the site is used and to find and fix problems, not to build advertising profiles of you.
How long we keep it.
We keep form submissions for as long as they are useful for the purpose you submitted them: an open inquiry stays until it is resolved, and an ongoing business relationship keeps its records for as long as it lasts. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.
Your choices.
Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving it, and replying to any of them reaches a human. To access, correct, or delete information you've submitted, email team@emergenttechnologies.ai and we'll act on it promptly.
If you apply for a role.
If you apply through our careers page we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the video you record, which contains your image and your voice along with whatever you choose to tell us. Applications are collected through the recruiting system we use at the time, and the recordings are held by that system's hosting provider. We use them for one purpose: assessing your application and contacting you about it. We do not use applicant video to train AI models, we do not run facial recognition or voice identification on it, and we do not derive biometric identifiers from it. A person reviews every application; no automated system rejects anyone. We keep applications for twelve months so we can consider you for later openings, and we delete them sooner the moment you ask. Because we recruit for more than one independent company and program, your application may be reviewed by and shared with those companies so we can consider you for the role that fits you best. It is not shared with anyone else. Email team@emergenttechnologies.ai to have yours removed.
If you are in the UK or the EEA.
Emergent Technologies Inc. is the controller of the personal data described here. We rely on your consent for applications and for any marketing you opt into, on our legitimate interests for replying to enquiries, keeping the site secure, and measuring aggregate traffic, and on performance of a contract where one exists between us. You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we process it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it. Our systems are hosted in the United States, so your data is transferred there; where the law requires a transfer mechanism we rely on the UK and EU standard contractual clauses. To exercise any of these rights, email team@emergenttechnologies.ai. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority, or to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are in the UK.
If you are in California.
In the past twelve months we have collected identifiers such as your name, email address, and phone number, professional information such as your organization, role, and use case, audio and visual information in the form of application videos, and internet activity from the analytics tools named above. We collect it from you directly and from those tools, and we use it for the purposes described in this policy. We have not sold personal information and we have not shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as the CCPA defines those terms, and we do not intend to. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes the CCPA permits. You have the right to know what we hold, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit our use of sensitive personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of them. Email team@emergenttechnologies.ai and we will verify the request and act on it. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission.
Cookies and analytics.
The analytics tools named above set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or clear them in your browser at any time; the site works without them. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run retargeting.
Changes.
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it.
